The Amplify Me programmes give access to mentors, positive networks, and opportunities to young people that need them the most, delivered in a classroom setting.
Local Village Network asks adults from all walks of life to donate time to give insight into their career journeys, lives, and learnings. Their mentors increase young peoples’ chance to gain meaningful and sustained employment.
They combine this with exercises and games designed to increase young peoples’ confidence, improve their ability to talk to new and diverse people, and help develop a more positive mindset that enables them to see and take advantage of opportunity.
